Felt at home at Amapalo Kruger Lodge

Stayed for 1 week. Felt at home with almost everything we needed. Good basis to explore the area with southern Kruger and Swaziland. Patio furniture could have been more comfortable but over all a very good stay at a reasonable price.

A bit about this place

Amapalo Kruger Lodge overlooking the Crocodile River, affords visitors the opportunity of viewing a variety of game roaming free around the lodge, or across the river in the Kruger National Park. The lodge is a luxury double storey airconditioned thatched dwelling with large thatched verandahs and a "sit in" splash pool for staying cool in the African bush. Accommodating up to a maximum of 6 to 8 people, the house sleeps 4 privately in two tastefully furnished bedrooms. The main bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with en-suite bathroom featuring a "ball and claw" bath and shower. One way glass affords a view of the surrounding bush. The lodge is fully equipped, with bedding and bath towels supplied, but please remember to bring your own swimming towels. Other features include DSTV with selected channels, ceiling fans and airconditioning throughout and mosquito nets in the bedrooms.
