What you'll be doing
This top class accommodation and safari venue is known as the Garden Route Game Lodge. Apart from luxury overnight accommodation in well appointed chalets and lodge rooms, you'll have a choice of guided morning and evening safari game drives, a tour of the cheetah conservation and reptile centres, horse rides, mountain bike and quad bike trails.
Animals at the Lodge
There are some 400 animals living naturally on the safari lodge's game reserve. You'll see lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo, giraffe, kudo, zebra and plenty more. Lots of opportunities for photography and filming.

The comfortable rooms in the Garden Route Game Lodge are all furnished in an authentic African style. They lead onto a large west facing balcony which offers outstanding African sunset views and easy access to the swimming pool. These rooms are ideal for family use.
The secluded private chalets are accessible via a wooden walkway from the main lodge. They are built from natural materials, offer en suite bathrooms and provide comfort and privacy.

For the children
A number of interesting nature and environment awareness programs have been especially designed at the Garden Route Game Lodge for the children. They are run by experienced staffers and operate over weekends and holidays. There are bush and insect walks, survival skills courses and game drives.
This Garden Route Safari Lodge offers special safari programs for day visitors including Land Rover game drives, lunch at the pool and drinks at a special bush bar.
There is also an air conditioned conference centre at the lodge which has been built to blend in with the surroundings. It provides all the necessary facilities plus a refereshments area overlooking a water hole, where delegates can observe the wildlife.
